Before Design Work Begins: As we do not collect payment until you are completely satisfied with the design, there are no traditional cancellations or refunds to be concerned about at this stage. If you decide not to proceed before the design work has commenced, simply let us know and no action will be necessary.

After Design Work Has Begun: We are committed to creating a book cover that you love. However, if during the design process it becomes clear that we are unable to meet your expectations, we will terminate the work, and you will not be charged. Please communicate openly with us about your vision and requirements to ensure we can strive towards a satisfactory design.

Revisions and Adjustments

We aim to meet your expectations and deliver a book cover that fully satisfies your needs. If you have any concerns or require adjustments to the design, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your initial design draft. We are dedicated to collaborating with you to make necessary revisions and ensure the final product aligns with your vision.

Damages and Issues

While we do not offer physical products, if you encounter any issues with the digital files provided (e.g., file corruption, download problems), please contact us immediately at contact@firstdraftbookcovers.com. We will promptly address and resolve any technical issues related to the delivered digital product.
